At HLShopOnline, we aim to provide a reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your Herbalife purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

To begin the return procedure, please contact us to obtain a Customer Refund Form. We will supply the necessary return instructions and address. The completed form must be included with the returned product.


Product Exchanges

Exchanges are available for Herbalife nutrition and personal care products within 30 days of receipt.
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact our customer support team, who will assist you through the process.
Return shipping costs for approved exchanges are covered by HLShopOnline.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Upon confirmation, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost, and return shipping for the faulty item will be arranged by us.


Lost or Stolen Return Shipments

HerbalStoreUK is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or stolen while in transit.
Customers are advised to use a tracked and insured delivery service with proof of delivery when returning items.


Refund and Exchange Processing

Once a returned item has been received by our warehouse, refunds or exchanges are generally processed within 2 business days.
