At HLShopOnline, we provide free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery at every step.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
All deliveries are fulfilled by our trusted partner DPD, known for reliable and timely service.

Shipping & Processing Timelines

To maintain consistent service quality, we follow Herbalife’s official order processing standards:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually transferred to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse the following business day and typically shipped the same day.

• Processing Time: Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note: During holidays, weekends, or peak periods (such as month-end), slight delays may occur.
